Molohiya - a traditional Cypriot lamb and Molohiya leaf stew. Molohiya is native to Cyprus and is in the Mallow family. Nothing tastes anything like it over here, so you have to buy it from a Cypriot supplier.

Pancakes don't have to be a sugar bomb. If you're having sweet pancakes (and who doesn't love a classic, nostalgic lemon and sugar...) eat them after a protein rich meal, and if you're having breakfast pancakes like these add some healthy fats and protein to slow down that blood sugar release.
